Multinational consumer goods company. Globally consolidated and experiencing a positive moment is looking for profissionals with: Strong knowledge an IT related area. Experience in Project Management. Experience in system analysis. Ability to manage project budget. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to discuss and document business process and business requirements (functional specifications). Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency to build presentations. Customer oriented. Good presentation skills. Specific Expertise Deep insight into Finance and Supply Chain processes. Tools Advanced functional knowledge of ERP (JDEdwards implementations), Finance and Supply Chain. Deep knowledge of JDE interoperability and integrations using Web Service APIs (XML – JSON). Experience with JDE Orchestrator Studio, RPA, and workflow automation tools. Responsibilities Project Management Contribute to define the solutions roadmap and portfolio management. Responsible for analyzing the business needs and produce the high-level functional specs, context diagram and project definition (Objectives, Scope, Out of Scope, Org Chart, Plan, Risks and Budget). Responsible for following the PM methodology producing and storing the outputs according to that. Manage IT projects and deliver solutions on time, on budget and on scope, respecting quality standards. Manage project resources (internal and external). Ensure the successful implementation of the organizational change management plan. Responsible for testing planning. Monitor project progress and produce project reporting. Minimize the exposure to the project risks. Follow up project budget. Engage and work with other IT areas, as CoE, to design/define the solution architecture. Responsible to follow the toolkits (when available) and setup JDE to deliver the solutions when is required or when it not available resource for that. Responsible to transition the Support team the new solutions implemented. IT Solutions Advisory Bring assistance to affiliates, maintaining strong relationships with local teams, identifying, and sharing best practices through expert missions. Vendor Management Manage and evaluate vendors in order to ensure continuous improvement. Manage the vendor selection process. Manage the vendor payments for all services/tools required by the project Language Fluent proficiency: Portuguese and English Intermediate proficiency: Spanish  Academic Degree: Master or equivalent on computer sciences
