A core part of our strategy is to have a strong brand. As our Brand Strategist, you will build and coordinate our branding team, work directly with the growth team (marketing, product, cxm), help us define our product portfolio strategy and ensure alignment in all our products and experiences - from the way we introduce ourselves on our advertisements to our meals names and packaging. We need you to • Have professional branding experience • Have leadership/management skills and ability to influence other areas of the organization • Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Have strong communication skills • Be motivated by hard challenges • Have training in Marketing, Media, Design, Social Communication, Advertising or related subjects • Be able to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans and consistent campaigns that contribute significantly to the development of business • Be advanced in English and fluent in Portuguese
