Loyagram is looking for a hungry, ambitious, and talented Business Development Intern who has a passion for communications and who wants to be a part of a world-class sales team. The business development representative (BDR) is a critical component of our sales model and presents an outstanding opportunity to learn skills in preparation for an exciting career in B2B software sales. In This Role, You Will: Become a Loyagram product expert. Learn sales skills that will make you a rockstar B2B sales person. About The Job: Conduct Sales initiatives including Lead generation, Customer outreach, Sales meeting, Sales demo and other related activities. Be responsible for quickly and efficiently fielding and qualifying interest from our various inbound channels, including: phone, chat, request for contact forms and more. Be a go-to person for all customers’ product education needs. Identify and qualify high value opportunities for the New Business sales team. Ask discovery questions and inspire new use cases where you can solve our customers challenges. Help us continuously improve how the team operates through an understanding of our key performance metrics. Optimize use of various sales and marketing tools. Open the Brazilian market. Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with Director of Sales and Marketing and Design team. Helping Marketing team to create and translate content in Portuguese. Ready to travel abroad for client meetings, events etc.
Requirements: You want to pursue a career in B2B software sales. You are determined, and ready to hustle. You are friendly, enthusiastic, and have professional and fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese. Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage. Ways To Stand Out: Prior experience in sales or marketing in the internet/software company. Direct selling experience as a full-cycle Account Executive in B2B environment Leadership experience. Awards for doing awesome things.
