Descrição
Business Roadmap and Demand: Create a favorable relationship with the local CODI members and senior managers Understand Business Priorities and identify what IT solutions could accelerate results. Share, recommend and promote existing / new Solutions that could represent a good opportunity for the business. Analyze project and refuse projects/requirements that do not bring value and communicate to the business accordingly. Work closely with other Business Relationship Manager in order to detect new opportunities and synergies. Apply the Demand Management process at the markets under his responsibilities. Involve different IT areas to evaluate and build high level proposals for large requirements. Coordinate the building of the initial project documentation Participate in the retrospective project analysis when required to evaluate IT project objectives Collect, analyze and manage the minor demands direct with the Delivery teams. Perform alignment meeting in monthly or bi-monthly basis with the heads of the business areas of the markets under his/her responsibility. Portfolio Management: Apply the Portfolio Management process in place at the markets under his/her responsibilities. Lead portfolio review discussions. Organize committees with the identified key stakeholders to prioritize the portfolio. Organize and lead initial Capex discussions and its periodic revisions. Ensure that the Organizational Change Management plan has been defined according project’s size and complexity. Receive project feedback from the different Delivery Areas / Technology on a monthly basis. Governance: Create a communication framework (reports, dashboards, etc.) to be used with stakeholders. Depending on the size of the project, sit on the Steering group. Produce monthly reporting in accordance with existing templates. Discuss and apply governance rules where required. Responsible for leading the IT audits and supporting the Finance audits.
Requisitos
Education required: Master or equivalent in computer sciences Experience / Background: +7 years of experience in an IT related area Strong Project Management skills Must have management experience (projects, processes and people), No direct reports but will work in a matrix environment so ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, virtually is vital Ability to manage IT budget > 3.1MUSD Must have experience dealing with various levels within company Demonstrated expertise in large scale IT environments Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to discuss and document business process Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques Ability to deal with other IT departments that are not direct reports Ability to manage and work with a culturally diverse population Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Customer oriented Good presentation skills Proven track record of institutionalizing leading-practice methodologies and processes Experience in various functional areas (e.g.: sales & marketing, strategic planning, operations, HR etc.) Language required: Fluent in English
