Responsible for supporting the Continues Improvement Mindset and Projects defined by the FSQR Manager with focus on supporting manufacture team to ensure the quality of finished good products in specification according to Customers Requirements, Legal Requirements and Cargill Standards contributing with reduction of nonconformities products and first pass quality index. Responsible for developing, implementing and validating the Quality Plan to define key parameters with manufacturing to ensure the process controls and products on specification. Lead Continuous improving activities and Kaizen events in the location, aligned with COE Regional Continuous Improvement Team (FSQR), coordinating multidisciplinary teams to improve the Quality Results and QMS (Quality Management System) applying the quality tools. Identify and support projects by defining scope, action plan, value propositions, structure and goals/KPIs in order to provide knowledge transfer on Continues Improvement practices to deliver better results and expand the continuous improvement process competencies. Work on the implementation of Quality Tools and lead Continues Improvement in the Quality & Food Safety Process throught identification of opportunities/projects that bring value for the business. High Complexity Risk: multiple process (food, feed, infant food and/or Excipients Instant food) Principais Responsabilidades Coordinate the implementation of Continues Improvement Strategy (using DMAIC methodology) and define procedures, protocols and standards in the Location focused in FSQR Policies and requirements in multilple process (food, feed, infant food, etc) aligned with Regional FSQR Strategy and based on predefined Cargill, Legal and Customer requirements. Map, Identify and Standardize Kaizen events in the locations to solve issues with relevant impact in order to bring value to the business. Identify and support projects in the location, define scope, action plan, value propositions, structure and goals/KPIs in order to provide knowledge transfer on Continues Improvement practices to deliver better results. Analyze data of projects based on predefined Cargill, Legal and Customer requirements. Map, standardize and validate the key quality parameters in manufacturing process to develop Technical Work Quality Plans for all production lines and perform the quality audits to check the system and quality standards Support Operations Initiatives related to quality for improving, keeping or/and otimize quality performance of products, proactively identify and antecipate risks and takes actions to prevent FSQR incidents in the locations. Track the FSQR KPIs, gather information, analyse, provide and disseminate the KPI results. Use Quality tools to identify opportunities to find the root cause analysis and coordinate the action plan and propose actions to improve process outcomes. Support the FSQR Manager in reports and meetings for results evaluation. Support the Regional strategy to Process Management mind-set, challenge the current process and status quo, implement the PDCA, preventive actions and anticipate risks and quality assurance mind-set in FSQR Members and stakeholders Support the processes of root cause evaluation and treatment of deviations of nonconformities through the application of quality tools such as Ishikawa, 5Ws , DMAIC, PDCA, among others. Monitor the action plan and perform the effectiveness assessment. Participation in defining the scope and quality requirements of new projects or new products which will affect the quality of product. Originate and/or participate in MOCs for process changings or new products.
Requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Science or related fields. • Intermediate technical knowledge in the areas of Food Safety, Risk Assessment, Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management System • Technical knowledge of continuous improvement tools. • 6 sigma • Knowledge of Quality Tools, Continuous Improvement and Food Safety. • Avaliable for Business Travels according to the site needs • Advanced English • Basic Project Management - Apply intermediate structured, disciplined approach to planning, administering and completing projects. • Plant Manufacturing Knowledge - intermediate practical knowledge of manufacturing processes & operations. • Intermediate Managing & Improving FSQR Processes - Delivery processes which are aligned, effective, and optimize Cargill resources. • Lean Manufacturing Thinking and Knowhow. Ability to drive changes. • Intermediate GMP Knowledge - Apply GMP programs in the factory. • Intermediate HAACP and Prerequisite Knowledge/Implementation - Apply HAACP and prerequisities programs to identify & control food safety hazards. • Intermediate Training - Delivery intermediate learning solutions that engage leaners and provide desired outcomes. • Basic Customer Specifications Management - Interface effectively with customers. • Intermediate Scientific Knowledge - Apply basic scientific knowledge & principles to identify & manage risk. • Basic Auditing/Compliance - Apply basic auditing and quality compliance skills to identify and manage risks/compliance. • Basic Supplier Quality Assurance - Identifies & addresses basic supplier quality issues. • Basic External Partnering - Build basic relationships & negotiate effectively with external groups. • • Intermediate Product Information /Documentation: Prepare product information and documentation that meet regulatory compliance requirements. • • Intermediate Risk Assessment - Conduct and communicate the results of a scientific evaluation of the known or potential adverse health effects resulting from human or animal exposure to microbiological or chemical contamination. • • Basic Knowledge of Food Laws & Regulations - Stay up-to-date and ensure compliance with food laws and regulations.
