Descrição
As Finance Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing a number of key projects including IFRS16 transition, development and implementation of global processes and SAP harmonisation. Key Responsibilities:•    Identify, develop and implement new finance processes and drive harmonisation with SAP•    Leading a process to ensure that current and future business requirements are comprehensively mapped•    Leading the implementation of the transformation process working closely with the senior finance team•    Ensure that any proposed solutions fit for the needs of the finance function in terms of quality, functionality and overall integrity•    Represent the finance function as users of the system, processes and solutions by providing clear expectations and acceptance criteria for the programme Requirements •    ACA Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA) or equivalent•    Understanding of best practice finance processes and system solutions•    Significant experience driving and delivering large finance Transformation programmes including ERP implementation Key responsibilities include:• Interacts with key business stakeholders globally, including seniorleadership, which involves negotiating or influencing on high-impactdecisions;• Drive strategy initiatives to address CFO/COO and senior executiveimperatives;• Projects include targeting specific business segments, improving revenueswithin specific lines of business, analyzing returns on investment;• Lead analysis of industry trends and competitor actions then relate data toLenovo's current strategy and business focus;• Lead initiatives to drive operational improvements across business groups;• Develop and deliver presentations to audiences ranging from business linestakeholders to executives;• Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart to develop detailed workplans, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards;• Enhance end-to-end process for worldwide standardization, supporting newsystem implementation and supporting change management initiatives;• Process re-engineering by optimizing end-to-end finance processes inAccounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Costing or Closing& Consolidation;• Decisions that have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with thepotential to impact outside area of responsibility;• Ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to ourshort-term and long-term project assignment.
Requisitos
Position Requirements: Qualifications• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subjectsrequired; Master's degree preferred;• Experience in one or more: Consulting experience,Implementing regional finance project operations or business processtransformation in Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash and/orproject management;• CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plusPreferred Skill Requirements• SAP, SFDC, Qlik, Power BI, AnaplanProfessional Skill Requirements• Strong experience in driving finance transformation projects from both thetechnical and business perspectives;• Strong project management experience to lead multiple projectssimultaneously in dynamic region/global environments under pressure and meettight deadlines;• Able to work independently and with proven ability to work creatively andanalytically in a problem-solving environment;• Intellectual curiosity and strong professional judgement;• Must be solutions-driven, and possess strong problem skills and businessacumen to guide transformation with the needs of the business in mind;• Possess strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills andthe ability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders locally and on aremote basis;• Exceptional ability in influencing change, drive results through efficientand practical execute approach
