About Our Client Pernod Ricard, multinational consumer goods company. Globally consolidated and experiencing a positive moment is looking for professionals with: Strong experience in marketing with experience in Market Co. Experience in global or regional organization. Sharp understanding of cultural, business & regulatory specificities within cluster. Broad marketing (media mix, pricing…) & commercial experience. Experience in community animation (incl. through digital tools) Fluent in English. Responsabilities Understand and validate cluster country needs & share them with Creative Content Manager of Drive Market and the Global Brand Team. Support orchestration of content use in cluster countries (e.g. activation guidelines, translation) and provide expertise. Animate brand marketing community within cluster (local consumer engagement managers): content sharing, activation best practices & guidelines, efficient communication between asset creators & asset users within cluster. Identify synergies and best practices that could benefit other markets and be leveraged globally. Track business and initiatives performances and identify profitability drivers. Implement establish commercial standards/metrics in collaboration with Marketing team. Lead and manage the relationship the markets in scope . Create and drive strategic alignment of the global platforms with the local brand plans and strategy to deliver growth. Provide a consolidated view and track the progress in the implementation of Brand Plans. Drive local deployment and amplification, including needed adjustments and adaptation, of global assets for the markets in scope in collaboration with the other global teams. Enhance consumer centricity fueling creative development with strong cultural insights gathered locally.
