General SummaryJoin a dynamic team delivering solutions supporting our client’s strategic goals. In this role you willprovide project management expertise across our industry leading solutions in WarehouseManagement and Omni-Channel supply chain mgt. Focused on multiple industries with significantexposure to retail clients you will support new customer engagement and digital retailtransformation. You will spend significant periods interacting with multiple stakeholders includingsenior executives.    Principal Duties and Responsibilities/knowledgeCoordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception toinstallationAccountable for project milestone achievement and budget targetsTypically involves extensive interaction with customer stakeholders (including C-suite) sales, systemsengineering, product development, and other members of global cross-functional teamsProject is typically focused on developing a solution based on Manhattan’s product suite and thesuccessful delivery in accordance with project goals as agreed with client/customer.Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background isoften required to manage competing interestsResponsible for co-ordinating internal MA resources which requires careful planning and coordination with local leaders
Requisitos
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated ability to manage a project/successful go-live Proven record of effectively designing and scoping a complex project Experience working in a client/customer facing role deploying complex supply chain software solutions. Experience working with MA solutions and products preferred but not essential Ability to independently use project management software and resource planning tools Exposure to Agile methodologies would be beneficial Demonstrated experience in adapting to change Must be detail oriented and highly organised Ability to leverage expertise from cross functional teams and influence outcomes that maximise outcomes for our clients and business Minimum Education & Experience requirements Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field. Significant experience required including 5 years of experience in project management role or related experience in supply chain operations and/or technical environments. PMI certification is preferred but not essential Scope of Impact / Degree of Independence May direct large and complex projects with significant P&L impact. Operates with considerable latitude. May develop solutions to non-routine issueswith guidance and support from local Project Management leadership. Reaches decisions under conditions of uncertainty. Uses judgment and discretion to determine work priorities Problem Complexity/Decision-Making Authority  Resolves complex problems through consultation with Professional Services leadership and client where the issues are difficult to identify, and facts may be insufficient or misleading. Employs creative and innovative thinking to bring successful resolution to highimpact, complex problems Approves changes to project scope following review by local leadership and client Prepare and execute associated change requests Client Relationship Skills  Serves as a vendor project manager, with day-to-day responsibility for ensuringthat the clients achieve quality products and timely services. Requires regular contact and reporting responsibility with client which may includeC-suite. Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to manage conflict
