As a member of Liv Up's People & Culture team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring talents to further strengthen the team we are building! As a recruiter at Liv Up you'll be responsible for: • Develop selective processes at different levels and in different areas; • Carry out market mapping and professional hunting; • Attract and select candidates through selection tools and job boards; • Organize and conduct interviews, business panels and group dynamics for candidate selection; • Trace the profile of the candidates and identify opportunities; • Conduct the selection process from conception to the admission of candidates; • Be the first contact between prospective employees and the company, being responsible for ensuring a good experience for them; • Application and correction of tests and other assessment tools; • Monitor and report monthly indicators of the Hiring area; • Interact with People & Culture team in the review and search of best practices for the area and development of hiring branding. We need you to: • Have experience in conducting selective processes; • Advanced English; • Market vision and knowledge of the universe of startups; • Analytical and organized profile; • Profile hands on, with good communication skills, flexibility, good posture and ability to deal with change; • Good mood! =)
