Descrição
Purpose of the job: As part of Pernod Ricard ambition of Transformation, we are looking for a Senior Transformation Project Manager. More than oversee the governance of the key corporate projects, in special the KDPs, providing information of the evolution of the projects to the top management, the main responsibility of the role includes working closely and in total collaboration with the project leaders, challenging and adding value to the projects. Besides, he/she must support these leaders in integrating change management activities into their plans to ensure that the projects meet objectives in line with the company culture. To be successful, he/she should demonstrate these 6 main skills: Leadership (influence without a report line). Communication (flexibility to adapt his tone of voice/content according the audience, engage, create purpose). Mobilization (energy, ability of involving key stakeholders, build genuine network). Problem solving (support people to making decisions, suggest improvements) Tech savvy (evaluate/anticipate the impact of the Transformation in the organization). Business vision (knows business, knows strategies) Main Responsibilities: Leading the transformational committee, adding value through a supportive at the same time challenging approach that helps the project leaders / top management on decision making and problem solving. Analyzing risks and resource allocation. Also continuously evaluating if the projects are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. In terms of change management, he/she must support the leaders in the people side of change, including changes of processes, systems, roles and organization structures, acting as a coach to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor of their projects. Also, define training and communication plans to address issues or prepare the company for the Transformation. Creating simple and effective reports and templates to facilitate the visibility of the evolution of the projects, as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification. Lead presentations for different audiences and with different purposes (inform, follow up, engage, drive change) about the topic.
Requisitos
Main Requirements: Used to deal with leaders and top management. Used to work with autonomy. Used to lead presentation to the top management. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous. Must work in the job scheme of 2 days in the office/3 days at home at minimum.
